Free Wine Tasting
We hold free monthly wine tastings at our premises. Please come along and enjoy sampling some of our delicious wines with bread, cheese and charcuterie. There is no presentation, so it is a relaxed and informal event. Booking is not required, but if possible please let us know of your intention to attend as it helps with planning. Our next tastings are scheduled as follows:
- Thursday 23 February 4-7pm
- Thursday 29 March 4-7pm
Wine Education
We offer regular Masterclasses for small groups of people who are interested in furthering their knowledge of wine and spirits. We also run a five week course for beginners to wine appreciation. Please contact us for more details about any of our courses. Our scheduled courses are as follows:
- Wine Appreciation: Beginners Course - 5 week course running each Tuesday from 6.45pm to 8pm with first module on 6 March and last on 3 April. This is a repeat of the course we ran in October/November last year and is limited to 12 places. Cost is £100 per person.
- Languedoc Masterclass: St Chinian and Minervois - we will discover wines from these two appellations with Lits Philippou our agent in the area - Thursday 15 March 6.30pm to 8pm – limited to 15 places, cost is £30 per person.
Private Tastings
We can organize tasting events either at our premises or at a venue of your choice. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and the costs involved.
